It is a beautiful world despite, what is going on around us, we should all strive for inner peace and be stress free because stress kills and stress is one of the things that leads to internal inflammation and inflammation leads to other several diseases such as cancer, diabetes, blood pressure and arthritis and many other serious illnesses. Now, let us talk about what can help with our aspiration to optimum health , if you are a woman or man in your thirties or fifties plus, then you should have Aniseed, Sage, Cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg , tumeric, garlic and ginger in your daily meal, you can make tea with combination of a teaspoon of Aniseed, half a teaspoon of nutmeg , lemon grass, cardamom. tumeric and ginger. You can brew this in a flask with a 75ml of water, women and men in their fifties will be amazed with the result even those with diabetic of blood pressure issues. We all know what menopause can cause a woman or mid life crisis to a man, it comes with all sorts of ailments but try this tea. You will be amazed.

Please we will suggest, you consider not using salt to wash your vegetables and fruits but instead, take a real spoon baking soda with a teaspoon of distilled vinegar and wash your fruits and vegetables in a bowl of water, it removes all the things that should not enter in your body, also form a habit of soaking your feet in a bowl of warm water with two tablespoonfuls of Epsom salt, Sea salt and four tablespoonfuls of distilled vinegar, soak for about ten minutes, it is great for your circulation and also anti inflammation.

When was the last time. you de-,wormed yourself. it could be instrumental to some of the ailments. you may be experiencing. The weather is getting hotter , please keep hydrated but please kindly avoid cold water, do not sit down for too long, move around, your body needs it.
