Emotional & Physical Health Tips

Good evening very day beloved and cherished amazing friends, we hope your weekend was okay and not stressful nor affected by the trauma of in security or economic challenges. May the Almighty God in his infinite mercy continue to be a shield for everyone of you, May everyone of you triumph against every challenges and be protected against any evil or environmental obstacles. As we enter the new week, may everyone of you, be called blessed and joyful this week in every aspect of your family.

It has not been easy for many families both in the city and villages nor can we forget that some of our children had to come back from Ukraine under most traumatic condition, some are still at home because of ASSU strike and to add to all this, there is fear at every level because of terror attacks and bandits but despite all these, may your home be filled with love and joy. It is still a beautiful world because we have life and we are healthy.

May you continue to be healthy, may you be surrounded by reliable and loving friends and family, please kindly be vigilant at all times, stay safe, help those in need if you can afford it but most importantly show love and kindness, many feel isolated at this time but a kind caring word helps.

Please kindly try and eat healthy, please kindly allow us, to recommend a few things to keep you emotionally and physically healthy at this time, please kindly eat more greens, our native Efo(green) is still affordable, purple cabbages, cucumber, ewedu, okro, bitter leaves, water leaves, ugwu, parsley etc, please kindly reduce or eliminate sugary food and salt, reduce carbohydrates and eat more legumes. especially black beans, green lentil, chickpeas green potatoes, celery stalk juice, guava juice, cranberry juice and blueberry juice for internal organ protection and detoxification, please kindly reduce red meat intake, mackerel, local chicken, guinea fowl and mushroom are more health friendly.

Please kindly remember you need your water three litres daily, you can add crushed ginger, tumeric and sliced lemon. May your lives be filled with joy, love, blessings and optimum health. We love you beyond measure and you are always in our thoughts, we appreciate all your support and patronage and will always be there for you, if you need any advice on diet, wellness or health enhancement.
