The reason for increased sex Hormones in Children and how to curb it

Good Day and happy new week very dear special and precious friends, we trust your weekend was okay, peaceful and joyful. We thank the Almighty God for sparing our lives and keeping our family safe. It has been a very traumatic month and week, but the most emotionally challenging must have been the Chrisland School incidence but we should have expected it.

A few years ago, a ten years old boy pregnated an 11years old girl. the authorities could not understand how this could happen but some scientists took the challenge to find out what happened and it was discovered that animal products were high in hormone and certain chemicals in processed foods, fertilizers and preservatives were raising testosterone’s in children and increasingly making them to develop adult feelings, it was as a result, that food safety department banned processed food in schools.

Food should be quality and not quantity.

Please dear friends, we need to act before it is too late. Food should be quality and not quantity. l know parents are juggling a lot of balls and this makes cooking proper natural food difficult but our children and lives are most important, our young people and adults are developing health challenges that are unusual, early menopause, impotence, fibroid, infertility and hormone issues.

There are alternatives to processed foods. Let’s eat natural foods, please be careful with seasonings you don’t know their content, let’s go back to eating natural unprocessed foods, real fish from the sea.

Please remember our children need love and reassurance during this time, it is okay to hug and cuddle your kids and tell them how much you love them, let them know how precious they are and reward their good behavior, it makes them to achieve greater things, everybody needs love and want to be valued.
