Mint lemonade tea for weight loss

Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • piece medium size of organically grown ginger
  • handful of organically grown mint leaves
  • 1 lemon sliced with the back
  • Medium size of organically grown cucumber

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber with water and vinegar to kill germs and then finely chop it
  2. Wash Handful of mint leave thoroughly with water and vinegar
  3. Wash, peel and grate the ginger
  4. Boil 1 litre of water with grated ginger and sliced lemon
  5. After it has boiled add the finely chopped cucumber and the washed mint leaves
  6. Allow to infuse for some minutes, strain the tea and drink warm or refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy it.
  7. Take the tea three times daily.
  8. While on this therapy ,cut down on your carbohydrate in take
  9. Avoid late night foods
  10. Drink plenty of water
