Alter your Emotional Challenges and Stress related issues with Intelligent edaily

Good morning and happy week to all our precious and esteemed valued customers and friend’s. We trust your weekend is going smoothly with optimum health, both emotionally and physically and most important of all keeping safe and happy during this unusual time of uncertainty both economically and health wise but like all things with our usual doggedness and determination, l believe strongly, we will overcome.

We know it is not easy but we must not allow this period to weigh us down. We have noticed drastically increase in high blood pressure, depression, high tempo stress and weight gain issues.

It is not easy to manage emotions under the current situation and as a result, many have falling into comfort eating of which most times, it is sugar, salt and carbohydrate laden, our suggestion is get into exercise routine, reading, walking, and scalp massage, you can also alter your emotional challenges and stress related issues with what we call Intelligent edaily. You will be amazed with your total rebirth.

Now, this is our intelligent eating;

  • Start your day with a tea cup of boiled few thoroughly washed orange leaves with ginger and a slice of lemon or lime, before breakfast, then have a fruit and nuts filled breakfast such as a healthy granola but avoid wheat and oat granola because you may be allergic to one of them or both but millet and barley are gluten free.
  • Please kindly avoid dairy and sugar in the morning, go for something that gives your body fulfilment and real energy.
  • Have heavier lunch but keep away from processed food and at night, go for vegetables such as pumpkin soup, salad, steamed vegetables with fish or grilled chicken but to avoid unhealthy snacking, take a bottle green and fruit juice to work, please always add ginger and lemon grass.
  • Please do not wash your vegetable and veggies with salt, instead use vinegar or bicarbonate of soda and when cooking meat, chicken or fish, please always add a slice of lime, bayleaf and lemon grass, they eliminate hidden parasites that eyes do not see but could wreck your health long term and short term.

                                     “KEEP AWAY FROM PROCESSED FOOD”

  • For those with high sugar or diabetic, orange leaf tea with ginger and lime should be your regular tea, at least twice daily or three bitter kola blended with a handful of both moringa seeds and leaves, a tablespoon of cinnamon, handful of peeled ginger, five limes, and three tablespoon of cider vinegar, this mixture is great for pancreas healing, take a tablespoon three times daily.
  • And for Blood pressure, you need equal measure of ginger, turmeric, moringa seeds, garlic, red onions, cinnamon and nutmeg and cider vinegar. Take two tablespoonful three times daily.
  • Please keep your immune system up with few lemon, orange juice, ginger, moringa leaves, turmeric, celery stalk and aloe vera gel. Just take three cups of this juice three times a week and you will be immune insured.
