• Non-Refundable: All membership fees paid to join or renew membership in the Association are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payments or errors caused by our system.

• Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same membership, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

2. Event Registrations and Training Fees

• Refund Requests: Refunds for event registrations or training fees may be granted if requested at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

• Event Cancellations: If we cancel an event or training, you will receive a full refund of any registration or participation fees paid.

3. Product Purchases (Products, Seeds, Materials, etc.)

• Eligibility: Refunds for physical products (such as products, seeds or materials) are only available for defective or incorrect items.

• Request Window: To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue.

• Return Condition: Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Donations made to support our association or its projects are non-refundable.
