As the Muslim fasting period approaches, we will want to offer a few ideas on how our customers could have a complication free fasting that could be emotionally and spiritually fulfilling.
May the Almighty God grant you, your wishes and look upon you with mercy and grace.
- Have a glass of warm water with a little Sprinkle of lemon and freshly peeled and crushed ginger 30 minutes before food.
- Start your meal with fruit; pineapple and pawpaw are best options.
- Instead of heavy carbohydrate filled food, start with pepper soup or any other soup.
- Do not rush your food because you are hungry.
- Eat seasonal fruits and vegetable.
- Try and make all you eat Organic.
- Do not eat late night food. Preferable do not eat anything after 8:00pm.
- Do not fry, instead grill, it is better for your heart health.
- Drink water that has alkaline.
- Eat lentils instead of beans.
- Make onion and ginger part of your daily meal
- Be sensitive to the quantity of Sugar and Salt that you consume.
- It is harmful to health.
- Drink water immediately after breaking fast to keep you hydrated
