Health warning for those adopting extreme measures to lose weight
We have decided to put this warning due to what has being brought to our notice by new clients whom unfortunately have caused serious harm to their health through extreme and quack dietitians and nutritionists. Please remember that what is most important is for you to be healthy and fit and not just lose weight. You may lose weight and may still be very unhealthy.
Please always run away from any weight loss programme that forbids you from having a balanced diet because long term, you may end up with osteoposis, liver & kidney disease or even cancer or worse. Your body needs balanced diet of which is through healthy nutritious diet, stress free lifestyle, healthy environment and quality sleep and rest. If you have problem sleeping, it is possible to correct it through a nutrition balance. Eat healthy by choosing what is appropriate for you based on your health needs, age appropriate and most importantly make sure that you are not allergic to what you are eating it may be what is making you feel bloated or depressed.
Life is for living, enjoy every day but making sure that you are both physically and spiritually healthy of which are both body and soul.
Love yourself and others. Care about the environment and be sensitive to the feelings of others around you. Beware of preservatives and additives in processed foods that could be harmful to your health. There are hazards in eating food that are cultivated with phosphate based fertilizers or pesticides. You are what you eat and your health is your wealth.
You are very special and loved that is why you are who you are. Stay safe and do not worry things will get better as long as you focus and most important of all, never give up on your dreams, have faith in yourself.
