Compliments of the season and happy and glorious seasons greeting, with deepest gratitude and love to all our valued and precious friends, we can never appreciate you or love you enough but may your hearts and home be filled with love and joy this Christmas day and all-round the coming year.
May the blessings and love that accompany, this season become your life portion now and always, it has not been an easy year but we give the Almighty God the glory for his mercy and grace, that has brought all of us to this glorious day despite all the negatives that have prevailed in 2021, may you continue to thrive in optimum health, peace and prosperity.
May your dreams and expectations this special season and New Year become a reality for you and your family.
Please do not have any regrets for any unfulfilled wishes and be disappointed with anyone for not meeting your expectations, not many did. Let’s forgive and be more considerate in all our failings and disappointments, we have life and we thank God for that and because we have life, we have hope and by God’s grace and determination, this year and next will be better.
Please kindly start your meal with hot water and then fruits before meals; it is not about filling up our stomach, it should be about enriching our body and getting it ready for challenges and stressors of life. We need optimum immunity at all times and we can only achieve that with high level nutrients suitable to our health and individual needs, we are all different and body needs differ.
