As the World celebrates Malaria Day here is a guide on overcoming and Preventing Malaria.

1. Keep your environment clean and free from dirty water
2. Clean your Drainage and keep your Windows closed
3. Add 3,8,6 & 9 Omega Oil seeds to your diets.
4. Avoid processed Oil and fried food.
5. Sleep and Rest adequately.
6. Use wire gauge to protect your Windows.
7. Eat Seasonal fruits & Vegetables daily,
8. Encourage your neighbors also to keep their environment clean.
9. Plant mosquito repellent flowers in your surrounding such as lavender, lemon grass, Oregano, Scent leaves, marigold etc
